How do I place an order?

Simply submit your design by clicking “save & get quote” when your design is done, then our customer support team will contact you with price details and help you with an order. Or if you want to get your order started asap, call us on 1300 722 321 now and we can go through the ordering process with you over the phone.

How much do these garments cost?

Garment prices are based on order quantity and the style of garment and fabric used, please contact customer support or save and send your design to get a price list emailed to you.

How do I pay for the garments?

Our payment terms are 50% deposit to process new orders and then final payment is required to dispatch your order for delivery. We accept EFT transfer, bank cheques, or credit card payment by PayPal and Paypal account.

Do you do package deals or discounts?

Yes we do, if you are ordering a variety of garments and or promotional products we can offer you special discounts upon request. Contact customer support for more details on a special package deal.

Can I order a sample?

Yes you can order samples, samples we have in stock are supplied free of charge (shipping fees apply and a refundable deposit apply). Custom made pre production samples must be paid for in advance (prices are based on sample details)

Do you deliver world wide?

 Yes we do, we import most orders by international air freight to your closest airport and then forward them to your address by national freight service all over the world.

WA and NT should expect longer delivery times than Eastern states in Australia.

International destinations will be quoted freight time when we confirm your delivery address.

What sort of fabric are the garments made from?

The fabric varies from garment to garment based on the needs of the client, however all sublimated garments are 100% polyester, our fabric range is of the highest quality and is comfortable to wear and durable. Please contact our customer support team to get further details on the fabric you are interested in.

Do you also supply cotton garments?

Yes we do make cotton garments in all designs, however most designs on this website are sublimated of light weight breathable polyester.

Our range of cotton drill work shirts are all 100% pre shrunk cotton drill and we can make most garments in cotton, however this does effect the printing method we use for cotton garments.

Can we use our own design if we want to?

Yes of course you can and it won’t cost you any extra, just email us your design idea and our design team will create a visual mock up for you to approve before we go to print.

Can I get you to make changes to the templates on the website?

Yes we can make changes to these designs or create a totally new design for you, contact our customer support team and they will help you bring your design ideas to life.

I need a logo created, can you do this for me?

Yes we can our talented design team create designs for some of the world’s leading brands, contact customer support and they will help you bring your ideas to life.(fees apply).

What is sublimation?

Sublimation is the printing process that transfers your artwork from special transfer paper into the fibres of the polyester so the dye bonds to the fibres which means the print will never fade peel or crack, this also means the fabric maintains its moisture wicking properties, which is a great benefit for sports teams.

Sublimation printing also offers the highest quality printing available compared to screen printing and is much more cost effective when printing multiple colours or logos.

How big are the sizes?

The sizes are made to what we consider Australian standard sizing, however its common that sizes between brands do differ so we have created detailed size charts which can be used for your convenience when ordering. Or if you really want to make sure your getting the perfect fit our customer service team can send you out a size sample. (shipping fees apply to size samples)

Do you have a return policy?

Yes we do, if your garment experiences any workmanship defects we will fix or replace your garments free of charge. Warranty is subject to conditions of use.

What if there is a problem with my order when it arrives?

We take every step possible to make sure no errors occur with your order, however if by the off chance this does happen simply call your customer support assistant, explain the problem and we will work with you to fix any problems as soon as possible.
